Shoqata “Gender, Paqe e Siguri” zhvilloi takimin e rradhës ndërgjegjësues me gra e vajza, punonjëse të një fasonerie në zonën e Spitallës. Pjesëmarrëset u njohën me shërbimet që Shoqata dhe institucionet lokale ofrojnë në mbështetje të viktimave të dhunës në familje. Një fokus i veҁantë ju kushtua rëndësisë së raportimit të dhunës në autoritetet përkatëse dhe kuadrit ligjor që ofron mbështetje për viktimat e dhunës në familje dhe asaj me bazë gjinore. Ky aktivitet u realizua në kuadër të projektit “Adresimi i dhunës në familje dhe dhunës me bazë gjinore në Bashkinë Durrës dhe Njësinë Administrative Ishëm”.

The Association "Gender, Peace and Security", held today the next awareness event with women and girls, employees of a factory in the Spitalla area. The participants were introduced to the services that the Association and Local Institutions provide in support of victims of domestic and gender based violence. A special focus was given to the importance of reporting violence to the relevant authorities and the legal framework that provides support to victims of domestic violence. This activity was organised in the frame the project "Addressing domestic violence and gender-based violence in Durrës Municipality and Ishëm Administrative Unit".
