Association of Women with  Social Problems, with the technical support of Operation 1325, organized  in the frame of the project" Women Rights from the concept to the albanian reality" the training for capacity building,   The activity was organized in the Qouncil of Kukes , participants were representatives of the Municipality, NGOs. The purpose of this training was to increase the commitment of policymakers to strengthen the advocacy role of civil society , and to raise public awareness , to accelerate the implementation of the resolution , improving processes , action plans and monitoring mechanisms
